To coincide with many of our changes, we have reviewed some of our existing policies. Terms that have worked very well for our customers and of course those that have not. One policy change that we think will uplift us has got to do with returns policy for non-defected merchandise. 50% of our monthly expenditure goes to repacking and restocking returned merchandise. We realize that although we are helping you by having a returns policy in place we may need to refine the terms so it will be a win-win deal. It occurred to us that in order to better serve our customers (and that includes you) we need to keep offering new styles on a monthly basis but with the costs of handling returned goods we were not able to do that. So we will be striking of the returned/exchanged policy for non-defected merchandise with immediate effect.

The new returned/exchanged policy specifically for Singapore resellers is as follows:
Defected merchandise may be returned within 7 days as long as the defect is caused by the manufacturer. Defect caused by improper handling by buyer including (and not limited to) cutting of labels using hands or instrument, rubbing material and merchandise left outside unpacked. Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days or else this policy will be void. We will inspect the defected item and will approve or reject the returned request based on our observations. Defected merchandise can only be exchanged by another merchandise of equal value (preferably the same style if available).
