Step by step guide to order on Sultryain

Step 1 - Fill in your order
Add the styles that you want in your shopping cart. After you have finished with your shopping you may “proceed to checkout”:
Step 2 - Check for shipping
Please check the address that you would like the items to be shipped to. If the address is different from what is shown on your screen please click “change address” and fill in the correct address. You must also choose your preferred shipping method for your order. Please take note that the shipping fee that you see at checkout screen is not accurate. We will only know the actual shipping fee after we have packed your order.
Step 3 - Choose payment method
Choose your payment method. Our preferred payment method is paypal. You may also send payment via credit card, direct bank transfer (Singapore orders) or wire transfer.
Step 4 - Order confirmation
At the checkout screen you will see an order confirmation with the styles and quantity that you have ordered, estimated shipping fee, shipping method, payment method and shipping address. Please check all the information before proceeding. You may also post a comment if you wish to provide us with additional instructions regarding your order.
Please note that we will only charge you the actual shipping amount and the remaining balance that you have paid will be refunded back to your paypal account after we are ready to ship your order. After checking all the information you may click the “Place Order” button to confirm your order.
Step 5 - Paypal Click here to Pay
If you have chosen Paypal as your payment method you will see a button that will bring you to Paypal’s secure checkout system. Click on the button to pay.
Step 6 - Login to Paypal to Pay
If you have chosen Paypal as your payment method you will arrive at Paypal’s secure checkout page. Login to your paypal account by keying in your email and password for your paypal account. After you have logged in you may review your payment and then click “Pay Now” to complete your payment. We will notify you once we have received your payment and packed your order for shipment.
